TVXQ is a boy band from South Korea who formed by SM Entertainment. It is active in South Korea and Japan. TVXQ has five members : U-know Yunho, Max Changming, Hero Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun, and Xiah Junsu.
TVXQ (Thong Vfang Shien Qi - Tionghoa) has many names like DBSK (Dong Bang Shin Ki ) or DBSG that used in Korea, and Tohoshinki that used in Japan. TVXQ, DBSK, and Tohoushinki has the same meaning that is "Rising God From The East" in English or "Terbitnya Tuhan dari Timur" in Indonesia.
The group debuted on December, 6th 2013 with the single "Hug". At the time they were showing "Holy Nigt" and "Hug" on Britney Spears and BoA concert. After release, Hug was ranked four on the MIAK monthly music chart.
They have released six Korean studio albums, four Korean mini-albums, five Japanese studio albums, a Japanese compilation album, and twenty Japanese singles.
Because it have the largest fan club in the world, TVXQ made Guinness World Records in 2008. The grup's officiall fan club namely Cassiopeia is claimed to have more than 800.000 official members just in South Korea, more than 200.000 BigEast (official member in Japan), and more than iCassies (international fans).
In 2009, they made Guinness World Records again for being the most photographed celebrity.They have been photographed 500 million times (including individual photo and group pictures) in magazine, commercial, and others from their debuted until March, 19th 2009.
